• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and present detailed proposals that outline the company's products and services, tailored to meet client requirements.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals:
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful deal closure.
• Pipeline Management:
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align business development activities with overall company objectives.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT field.
• Proven experience in business development and sales within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
