Responsibility

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offers).
  • Coordinate smooth onboarding & induction programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Design and execute engagement activities (Cultural events, recognition programs, and many more).
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
  • Performance Management:
  • Support appraisal cycles and performance review processes.
  • Assist managers in creating growth & development plans, including report generation.
  • Policy & Process Management:
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies & SOPs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee grievances with empathy and confidentiality
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech companies.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, payroll, and engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software tools.
  • Problem-solving, adaptability, and a people-first approach.
